Von Anfang bis Ende ein super Service!! Die Fahrzeuge bei beiden Transfers absolut sauber. Sehr freundliche Fahrer und auch absolut hilfsbereit.Die Fahrer stehen am Abholort mit deutlich lesbaren Namensschildern und sind auch super pünktlich. Auch der Kontakt mit der Kundenservice-Hotline absolut vorbildlich. Mir ist bei den Buchungen ein Fehler unterlaufen. Nach dem ich mit der Hotline telefoniert hatte, wurde der Fehler sofort korrigiert und mir per E-Mail die korrigierte Buchung gleich anschließend gesendet. Des Weiteren wird man ein Tag vor dem Transfer per E-Mail nochmal kontaktiert, mit der Bitte den anstehenden Transfer zur Sicherheit nochmal zu bestätigen. Ich denke, dass man mehr Service nicht erwarten kann.
