Very efficient, like the email documentation, very courteous drivers. I had to change my reservations several times and was impressed with how easy it was. You may also want to consider sending the confirmation by mms or sms. We will definitely use it again and recommend it.

Everything went smmothly from me booking our transfer to having to change our arrival times. Our driver was waiting, he greeted us and from then on chatted all the way to our destination.
