Excellent service, arrived on time for both our bookings. Driver assisted with luggage and checked the temperature in the vehicle was OK. Having WiFi was a big bonus for the kids! Would definitely recommend (and use again!)

I was surprised by the level of service, as it seemed like just a regular taxi service to me. The driver as outside my flight with my name lit up on an iPad. It was super convenient. He was also quite knowledgable and pleasant! Another factor for people coming a far distance is that the vehicle was WiFi equipped, which is nice to check those emails and not have to worry about fees and roaming straight away. It was an absolute delight! The pick up, even though I was staying inside the city walls, was unclear at first. But the hotel called for me and confirmed where to meet and it was super easy, and not one problem at all!

We were met promptly at the airport by the driver who spoke very good English and was very nice and helpful. The car was spacious and very clean. Overall we had an excellent experience.
