When there was confusion between the two needed transfers, they actually called our house in Canada to clarify things! Before each transfer, we also received emails confirming the details of pick-up and drop-off. Very professional to deal with! The first transfer, Split airport to Split was fabulous. The driver arrived right on time, was pleasant, helped us phone our Airbnb host so she could meet us at the drop off location. He was a safe driver, we were thrilled and therefore relaxed about our next transfer later in the trip.
