Our driver was apparently stuck in a traffic jam and we were advised to wait at arrivals. Our driver turned up 10 mins later. It was a minor hiccup and a mild inconvenience. This would not stop me highly recommending this service as, otherwise, it was first class. A very professional transfer service.
