When we arrived in Pula the driver was waiting for us...my name was clearly displayed so it was very easy to find him. He helped us take our luggage to the taxi which was parked nearby, so not far to walk. The taxi was plenty big enough for us and all of our luggage, and was very clean and comfortable. He was very friendly and spoke good English. He was a good driver and we felt very safe with him. For the return journey we had a different driver, however we received the same 5 star treatment. He arrived at the hotel in good time, and got us back to the airport on time. Also, it was re-assuring to receive a text message reminder the day before each journey, and also another one an hour or two before our pick-ups informing us of our named driver. All in all the transfer was very good value for money and made the transfer to and from Porec effortless.
