We were met at the airport on time with the driver holding a sign with my name and had a good journey to our apartment. Our apartment was on top of a hill with access by steps on one side and by a steep but drive able road on the other. On the return pick up the drivers sat nav was only giving directions to the access by the steps. The office rang to explain the problem and we di explain that there was a road that led upto us but the driver could not find it and so the poor man climbed all the way up the steps to carry our luggage for us. Fortunately one of the other residents of the apartments came to the rescue and directed him to the access road. Both the office staff and the driver did their best to get us to the airport and we were very impressed as I'm sure a lot of people would have given up on us. Thank you
