Coming from the UK we were unsure how to get from the airport to the hotel, the language is not easy and although we could have got a bus to the train station we would still not know how to get from there to the hotel. As an example, we did use the trams while in Zagreb but it was pot-luck, we didn\'t know the name of the stop we were at nor could work out where the tram was going to, so we would have needed to get a taxi from the train station anyway. With Croatia Taxi, the first driver was waiting in the arrival hall and the return driver waited outside the hotel, it made everything much simpler and was a reasonable price.
